To support this mission, we are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator who will support the execution, measurement, and continuous optimization of marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, renewals, and business growth. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders, this role provides operational support across marketing campaigns, lead management, Salesforce administration, reporting and analytics, webinars, events, and marketing technology platforms. The Coordinator helps ensure data integrity, streamline marketing processes, optimize campaign execution, and deliver actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness, strengthen pipeline performance, and enable informed business decision-making.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, webinar, and event channels.
  • Support new business and renewal marketing programs through campaign tracking, lead management, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist with content coordination, distribution, and campaign deployment activities.
  • Coordinate webinar and event logistics, including registrations, attendee communications, reporting, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain Salesforce campaign records, lead data, and reporting accuracy to support marketing and sales alignment.
  • Support data management activities, including data cleansing, segmentation, list management, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor lead routing processes, lead status updates, and marketing automation workflows to ensure timely follow-up and accurate reporting.
  • Assist with the administration and ongoing maintenance of marketing technology platforms and tools.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and pipeline contribution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other business stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, sales operations, demand generation, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, as well as familiarity with marketing automation platforms, digital marketing channels, and campaign execution processes preferred.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, quality, and process excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting and analytics tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Please Note: This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance three (3) days per week at our Florham Park, NJ headquarters.  Applicants must be within a commutable distance, as relocation assistance will not be provided.

The hiring range for this position is $25-29 per hour. This range represents the base salary only, in good faith at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
