To support this mission, we are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst I to join our team. The QA Analyst I responsible for supporting the quality, reliability, and functionality of enterprise applications through system testing, documentation, issue analysis, and user support. This role executes test plans, documents processes and results, validates system enhancements, and assists in troubleshooting escalated application issues. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the QA Analyst I helps ensure system performance, supports application maintenance, and contributes to the delivery of stable, high-quality technology solutions that support business operations.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional requirements, business needs, and system specifications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and other system testing activities to validate application performance, functionality, and reliability throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Document test results, identify defects, and communicate findings to project teams to support timely issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams to understand system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and validate application changes.
  • Analyze and assist in the resolution of Tier 2 application support issues, ensuring timely escalation and communication when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate testing documentation, procedures, and supporting materials to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, patches, and release activities by supporting testing and validation efforts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance testing processes, documentation, and application quality.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance, application testing, technical support, or a related technology role.
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance methodologies, testing principles, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and business applications.

The hiring rate for this position is $20.50 per hour. This rate represents the base salary only, in good faith at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
