To support this mission, we are seeking a Director of Stores to join our dynamic team! The Director of Stores is accountable for leading and developing Regional Managers across a multi-state territory to ensure profitable store operations, disciplined execution, and consistent operational standards. This role owns zone-level financial performance, including revenue growth, expense control, margin improvement, and EBITDA contribution, while protecting and strengthening institutional partnerships. The Director plays a critical leadership role in contract renewal strategy, partnering with senior leadership to shape financial models, value propositions, and negotiation positioning. This position also serves as a key change agent, driving operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and long-term contract sustainability across the territory.

The hiring range for this position is $160,000-$175,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only, in good faith at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is bonus-eligible, with bonus amounts determined at the company’s discretion based on individual qualifications and applicable program terms.
